1. The driver circuit is composed of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and inductors. The failure of any one component will cause the entire circuit or part of the circuit to fail. Some components will drift in parameters at high temperature, and some will have shortened lifespan, so the device should be selected that can be used at a higher temperature for a long time.
2) PCB board design: The size of the built-in led driver is limited by the size of the interior of the LED lamp, so the PCBA design requirements are higher, and more factors need to be considered. The safety distance should be left enough. If there is not enough safety distance, other measures should be used to ensure insulation. In addition, the heat balance should be considered, and the heating elements are evenly distributed to avoid local heat dissipation.
3) At present, the certification standards for led power driver are based on foreign certification requirements, such as CE, UL, SAA and other certifications.
